I originally found Sherry as my realtor simply because her office was close to the house address being sold. We talked on the phone and she had her assistant Kirsten come visit the property to take pictures and discuss the families wishes since this would be an "as is" estate type sale. Sherry remained in contact over the next several days, providing sale comps and relative community information for my review. Once we agreed upon the particulars of the sale and realtor agreement, she went right to work lining up potential buyers. I think we had over 10 viewing appointments and 7 written offers in the first week the property was listed. Sherry was very accommodating to my busy schedule and when time permitted, we discussed each offer in detail. Once I had decided on which one to go with, she expertly took care of every little detail all the way up to closing. There were hiccups along with way such as the house inspection and other things outside her control, but she had a name to contact and got quotes for everything. This was a huge help considering I lived out of state and did the entire sale long distance. Sherry and Kirsten both have my highest possible recommendation to be your realtor. They work together as a great team and Sherry's extremely well diversified network of contractors and handymen responded immediately whenever I needed something else taken care of. Sherry has a well of infinite patience and she had to dig deep as I changed my mind, we pushed for various funding possibilities, etc. Without her guidance we would have paid a lot more for a less desirable property. Highly recommended.
