In July of 2022 we were introduced to Sherrie while we were actively trying to sell my fathers' manufactured home in Lompoc after he passed away. We were with a really nice agent at the time, but after working with him from 9/2021-7/2022 and not seeing much progress we were nervous and stuck. The property manager was very difficult to work with and had very aggressive requirements for a new tenant which made it quite difficult to get any prospective buyer to take the next step. We could tell that our initial agent was worn down on it. When we checked in on the condition of the home since we lived out of town a few hours, we were advised it was in good standing and had no issues but when we would go it was overgrown with weeds etc. We lost faith and didn't know what to do. This is where Sherrie came in and was a god send. Before we even signed on with Sherrie, she was giving us guidance on how to handle our first agent relationship, how to handle this property manager, and also directed us on some legal options if we felt the need. Fast forward a week later and she was our new agent and she was all over it. Very quick and thorough, proactively giving us updates, and advising us on all of the new info she discovered. It was still a very long and difficult process with the property manager still but we felt a lot more support and hope with Sherrie along the way. She was persistent and never gave up even when we felt it was the only option. Fast forward to January 2023 and we were able to complete the sale of the trailer at a reasonable price and to happy buyers. We are so happy to not be making monthly payments on it and that its been sold. The Escrow and selling process went so smoothly with her guidance. I would highly recommend! Even when we weren't on top of our tasks, she made sure to push us through it and help along the way. She is tough, and she knows her stuff. Thank you Sherrie!!!

As a first time home buyer I obviously do not understand the whole process. Sherrie constantly broke it down and kept me in the loop. She treated us as her own and i know she worked very hard for us.

We had to sell our home quickly. Sherrie got the job done. She had the knowledge and the resources we needed to do some quick home repair projects, get the interior painted, and putting in new carpet. She stayed right on top of making sure all documents were signed quickly and managed to get us an early closing date. We could not have accomplished all we did without Sherrie.

I was very impressed with every aspect of the marketing of my home. She went way above what a typical agent does. Too bad I'M moving out of state because I would recommend her very highly.
