Many aspects of real estate sales are an art more than statistics on a sheet with items such as pricing the property to handling negotiations and Sherrie handles them all very well. Particularly Stonehaven, if you are considering buying or selling, Sherrie is the only Realtor to contact! Considering a different agent would be a mistake in my opinion.
