Sherrie Andrews is by far the smartest and best real estate agent we have ever had in the 6 houses we've lived in from Virginia, Concord to Charlotte. She first knew exactly how to stage the house, bringing in her own items if needed. She had the best ever photographer to take the pictures for the public to see. She had beautiful flyers to give out when she had an open house. She informed all the right people of the house being for sale, real estate agents, and the public from many venues. She had continuous open houses which turned out to be phenomenal. We had many people interested and offer within a month. She looked out for our interest and completely communicated everything from to the sellers agent. They worked hand in hand to the best possible outcome for both of us. When the inspection came from the buyer, she knew all the right people to get to handle any concerns. And they swiftly took care of it. She explained all the details closing and the moving part of it and even knew the best movers for us to get. She also helped us secure a helper to come to our house and help us pack up. This person brought boxes, all the wrapping paper, and knew exactly how to pack our stuff up without it breaking. She also could help us decide what we could sell things for and what was not worth anything. Sherrie was present during the closing which tells us a lot since it seems today some agents and sellers do not attend and sign documents electorally. I highly recommend Sherrie if you want a great selling and moving experience. She's got a great personality and knows how to sell!
