Sherrie Andrews is by far the smartest and best real estate agent we have ever had in the 6 houses we've lived in from Virginia, Concord to Charlotte. This person brought boxes, all the wrapping paper, and knew exactly how to pack our stuff up without it breaking. She also could help us decide what we could sell things for and what was not worth anything. Sherrie was present during the closing which tells us a lot since it seems today some agents and sellers do not attend and sign documents electorally.
