Sherri and her team where so detailed about our home purchase. She guided us every step of the way and helped us with choosing a top inspection company as well as an appraiser who knew the homes in our area well. Because Sherri knew the market so well, she was able to negotiate an amazing price for our home and include a 2 year home warranty paid for by the seller. We were able to close in less than 30 days because she kept the contract on track and kept in touch with everyone involved. She was prompt about any questions we had and got the answer quickly when she didn't already have it. While we know Sherri was working many deals for other clients, she made us feel like we were her top priority and for that we are so grateful. I can't say enough great things about Sherri.
