She guided us every step of the way and helped us with choosing a top inspection company as well as an appraiser who knew the homes in our area well. Because Sherri knew the market so well, she was able to negotiate an amazing price for our home and include a 2 year home warranty paid for by the seller. We were able to close in less than 30 days because she kept the contract on track and kept in touch with everyone involved. She was prompt about any questions we had and got the answer quickly when she didn't already have it. Lightning struck for me (in a good way) in early December 2021…and I survived thanks only to the best realtor I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Her name is Sherri Parker-Evans. A job offer I never would have expected several weeks before came my way. After more than 15 years as a faculty member at the University of Oklahoma, I had to pull up roots and be in Lincoln, Nebraska to teach only 42 days later. The recent sale of my house was my second real estate transaction with Sherri - who found my first home in 2012 and was absolutely a genius. she is so creative in a addition to being intelligent, professional and so human , which is why I called her again this time to sell . There was not one thing I had to worry about, it could have been dicey as I was doing this during Covid and out of state .
