Sherri King

This year has been quite tough for me due to my father passing in January and then this COVID stuff as a business owner. I met Sherri King in late March and I knew instantly that I wanted her to handle the sale of my Fathers House. It took me awhile to get the courage to list his house and she was patient the whole time. She would check on me every so often and I never felt pressured. She would always say “you will do this when your ready”. I finally had the courage 2 months later in late May to actually sign the contract. Sherri King was so compassionate over what I was dealing with that she held the contract a few days for me to be sure this is what I wanted to do. When she knew I was good, she listed the home. Immediately we had back to back showings and had multiple offers in the days following. We closed on the house 2 weeks ago and I cannot tell you how easy Sherri made this whole process. I knew I was in good hands the second I first met her. Wonderful Person! Excellent Service! Extremely Professional! If there were more Stars available I would give her more! Thank you so much Sherri King!! I hope our paths cross again!!??
