This was the sale of my mothers house. She will be 90 this year and is essentially blind. Sherien did a great job guiding us through the whole process. She was very attentive making sure my mother understood her options and exactly what she was signing. She also arranged for most transactions to be at mothers new apartment to essentially eliminate any travel. Very helpful. So all in all a great experience, from strategy, pricing, pre-selling, staging and handling open houses and, of course, vetting offers, negotiations and closing.
