I wish there was rating more than 5 stars. I would have given Sherien 10 stars. Words can not describe how my husband and I appreciate all the help Sherien has provided us. She is knowledgeable and knows the market very well. During our house hunting period ( which btw lasted less than a couple of weeks after giving her our wish list) She was always available and understood all our needs. This is why we only went once to look for houses and picked our dream home immediately. She also has a very good understanding of the process ( lenders, builders, etc…) and was literally holding our hands during the whole journey. We also have to mention that her services do not end at the closing, she is continuing to support us find the right providers as well when it comes to security, loan services, handy men, blinds,etc.. I am already recommending her to my colleagues at work who are completely stunned with how smooth our house hunting was thanks to Sherien. Sherien was always on top of everything from day one. She always gave her honest opinion and never gave us a hard time. She guided us through the whole process and we appreciate everything she has done. Sherien also stays in touch with us even after buying a house and we know we can go to her for any questions.

I just closed on my house yesterday, Sherien Joyner was my agent, it was a rather difficult job for her as I live in a different state! Why do I say that she is the best? 1- Throughout the process, she was very professional, first she went over the property, and gave me a list of needed modifications, according to their priorities. 2- As I mentioned before, being out of state, I could not contact the contractors or oversee their work, Sherien did all that! She suggested several names, gave me her recommendations, and explained why she recommended them. She continuously oversaw the work, every step was done under her supervision, and she always sent me reports and photos of the progress. The final result was much better than I expected and cost me less! 3- My best interest was her prime concern every step of the way, in any situation, she took the time to explain to me all the options, and only when I asked her would she tell me what she thought, she never imposed anything on me. 4- Sherien is a brilliant negotiator, as in every sale, some problems came up, and every single time she negotiated extremely well with the best results. 5. She always kept me updated, either by messaging me or calling me to update me on what was going on, I give her an A+ in communications! 6- Sherien is fully aware of the market and bases her recommendations on thorough research. She researched every step from deciding on the property's price to closing. I am truly grateful to Sherien for all her work and effort in closing on this property, and making it all go so smoothly!

Sherien made the home buying process incredibly smooth and easy for us. She had contractors as references lined up and made the 70-page inspection report for the older home we were buying so easy to understand. She handled most of the stressful work, and we were able to trust her completely with every piece of advice and decision. She was a great negotiator. There’s so much to say. We would recommend her to everyone!!

We were literally trying to thread a needle, as we found a home that we wanted, but needed to sell our house first. And we didn't want to buy any other home. Sherien worked very hard to help accomplish our goal on both ends of the transaction. We went live on a Friday morning. Had an open house on Sunday two days later. And had multiple offers by Monday, with a signed contract that was $12,000.00 over asking later that week. Sherien also helped with the purchase of our new home, which was a new construction build that was on the verge of completion when we found it. She was very knowledgeable about all the different laws and contract issues on both the sale and purchase ends of our deals. And her review and comments on the various documents was invaluable and a huge time saver for me.
