I met Sherice several years ago when I initially moved to GA in 2017-2018 and I was interested in buying her house. Altough I changed my mind at that time, I have contacted her several times over the years to help with home buying. Each year when I thought I was ready to purchase, Sherice would take time out of her schedule to talk to me and also take me around to look for homes. Although I changed my mind about purchasing MANY times, she was alwasy available anytime I called and ready to restart the entire process again without any complaint. This time around when I finally decided to purchase, I did not receive any anything less than what I expected. Sherice was always available and was very helpful in steering me in the right direction. She is also very knowledeable about real estate/home buying and always looked out for my best interest. Home buying is a very stressful process and I feel that working with Sherice made it easier for me. Also, she is very easy to talk to and that made me comfortable in moving forward with the process. I also saw her as a friend and I would recommend her for anyone looking to purchase a home.

Sherice has the qualities that make her an extremely effective and successful agent. I can’t say enough about her professionalism and knowledge within the industry. She has high integrity and is very conscientious and meticulous, always keeping the clients best interests in mind. The qualities I respected most was her no-nonsense style. She gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting the clients time. She does a great job listening to her clients needs and does not waste time showing properties which do not meet the client’s objectives. In future transactions, I will only have Sherice represent me.
