I met Sherice several years ago when I initially moved to GA in 2017-2018 and I was interested in buying her house. Altough I changed my mind at that time, I have contacted her several times over the years to help with home buying. Each year when I thought I was ready to purchase, Sherice would take time out of her schedule to talk to me and also take me around to look for homes. Although I changed my mind about purchasing MANY times, she was alwasy available anytime I called and ready to restart the entire process again without any complaint. This time around when I finally decided to purchase, I did not receive any anything less than what I expected. Sherice was always available and was very helpful in steering me in the right direction. She is also very knowledeable about real estate/home buying and always looked out for my best interest. Home buying is a very stressful process and I feel that working with Sherice made it easier for me. Also, she is very easy to talk to and that made me comfortable in moving forward with the process. I also saw her as a friend and I would recommend her for anyone looking to purchase a home.

She has high integrity and is very conscientious and meticulous, always keeping the clients best interests in mind. The qualities I respected most was her no-nonsense style. The one thing that all home sellers want is a hard working realtor. And that's what you get with Sherice! She is, without a doubt, the hardest working realtor that I've had the opportunity to work with. She did everything in her power to sell my home. My home was underwater, but some how she was able to get me some money for my home. I can't see anyone working harder to sell your home if you're in the market to sell you're home! To be honest, I don't have a lot of time on my hand to waste writing a zillow review but I think it's important to separate the scumbags from the great realtors. Sherice Williams is a great(THE) realtor and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I was a first-time homebuyer and didn't know much about buying a home. Sherice took me under her wings and showed me a lot about buying a home, what to look for and what would be a good area for me and my family.
