Sheri sold our aunt's house in Laguna Hills, and the guidance and service she provided were priceless. Upon first meeting with her to discuss the home's marketability, Sheri was very up front and knowledgeable about what the house was worth as is and what it would take to get the best return on investments into the property. She is very much in tune with what the housing market is doing. Since we live in the Midwest, Sheri’s area contacts associated with home repair and improvement were very valuable. In our absence, she set up the appointments and scheduled the various contractors to do the work. She often stopped by the property to inspect the work and send us pictures of the progress. With her abilities to get things done, the house was quickly on the market. When offers began coming in, Sheri immediately kept us up to date and would walk us through different options that were available to us. However, she never pressured us to make a decision with which we were uncomfortable. Sheri was also wonderful about guiding us through all the contract language, making sure we understood and that we were comfortable about the documents we were signing. She really did a lot of hand holding without making us feel incompetent. In my opinion, Sheri went leaps and bounds beyond what one might expect of a real estate agent.
