Wow. What to say about Sheri except she is GREAT. Kept us informed during the sell of our home, which got very bumpy due to the buyer's lender troubles. We had to extend closing once, then the closing completely fell through. After that, she basically performed a miracle with her preferred lender and we closed in 2 WEEKS. DONE, and we were able to close on time on our new home that was waiting on us. Sheri is Amazing!!!! Our house sat on the market for 6 mos with very few showings. Talked to 4 realtors & chose her on 6/1, just felt & knew she was meant to be our realtor! We signed with her on 6/3, we had a contract on 6/8!!!! Marketing is key!!!!! She is the Queen of marketing relisted houses!!!! Love her!!!! We even got our asking price!!!
