Shenan was extremely professional and she got me in to see the properties I wanted to see when other agents from another company gave me the run around. That's how I ended up calling her agency--because other agents seemed to be giving me a hard time. She was always on time and she listened very well to what was important to me (and to my husband, deftly managing to reconcile our very different desires) and somehow sized me up to figure out exactly what kind of property I was looking for. Besides the properties I asked to see, (ones she knew were not a good fit for me and my family, but she got me in to see them anyway,-- unlike other agents that I later dropped) she proposed two others, and one of those two was perfect. She knew this before I even set foot in the place, and it is amazing how perfectly the house fits me and my family. Shenan is the kind of person who gets things done. She answers calls in a timely manner, she is direct and to the point, is never late, and she always helped me with a solution to anything I asked. She doesn't waste time, and she communicates clearly. On the day I was to move into the house and we found it was dirty, she quickly got some cleaners together and paid them to have it cleaned, saying she would not allow me to move into a dirty property. I give her the higest rating possible (10 stars if I could!) and I HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who is serious about finding a property that fits them.
