Shenan showed us every property we wanted to see and more until we found the perfect place for us. She was always honest and direct with us. Once we knew what we wanted, she helped us sell our townhome quickly for a great price. We had a great experience working with Shenan to buy a mountain house in Leadville. The market is really crazy these days... and she got us in the see the property the day it came on the market, and encouraged us to have an aggressive offer... thank goodness, because we just barely beat out 2 other offers. The house she found us suits our needs perfectly. She worked hard for us; late evening calls, face time showings, and really stuck with us through the whole process. I’m sure we were a handful of a couple... I’m a city girl trying to keep up with my Leadville mountain running husband... and we have a toddler... so we needed a house that didn’t have a lot of projects, and wouldn’t break the bank, and yet stylish and cozy. She managed to find the perfect spot. I appreciated her knowledge of Leadville, and her contrasting knowledge of Denver. She knows about all kinds of family activities, town events, weather related house concerns, building issues, city policies... Initially, I wasn’t 100% on buying in Leadville, it seemed like such an old mining town... but she taught me so much about it, and I am forever grateful. It is the BEST mountain town with amazing people!! My husband had been saying we should buy in Leadville for several years... glad we are finally part of the Pb community!

Let me start out by saying we have been in the market in several different locations and dealt with countless realtors, and every other experience we've had our concluding thoughts were "dang I wish Shenan was here!" Not only is she very knowledgeable with the market and really helpful in that category she has also helped us with the step by step process on the financial side when our lender was not very helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better experience in this hectic housing market than what Shenan provided. Not only would I recommend her, I would try to convince her to be our realtor even if we were 500 miles away shopping for another home!
Lake county is tricky to work with and then we had a tricky property that we were trying to sell as it had an abandoned/hazardous home on it that was still being considered a residential property. So she helped is change the property status through the county. Shenan is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. If she didn't know the answer to our questions, she definitely knew exactly who to talk to within the county and had answers within a day or two.
