It was solely because of his relationship with seller’s agent that we not only found our dream beach house - but were able to get it without a bidding war. Then, he and his team member Jax, held our hand through every stage of the home buying process - keeping us sane. He had an A team of inspection experts, was a great negotiator throughout the transaction, and even after closing continues to help us with vendors that are helping us update the home. Shen was the kindest, most knowledgeable and responsive realtor we’ve ever worked with, and his vast contacts and experience in the Malibu market are second to none. Five out of five stars...and we will be recommending Shen to all of our friends.
