Shen is simply the best there is. He helped us through every step of selling our house and buying a new one, with many unanticipated bumps along the way (buyers who couldn't perform, houses revealed to be falling apart). His knowledge, his judgement, his marketing and negotiating skills are second to none, but finally it is his generosity of spirit, his patience, kindness, passion, and wisdom that make him truly unique. Add to that his great team and his deep bench of inspectors, contractors, and tradespeople -- all of whom are topnotch -- and it's easy to see why he's the best. I could not possibly recommend him any higher, and would not possibly consider selling or buying another house without him.
