Having lived in multiple areas throughout Atlanta for more than 40 years, Shelly offers a firsthand understanding of the city’s growth, shifting neighborhood dynamics, and evolving market trends. A Sandy Springs native and graduate of Riverwood High School, she has personally owned and leased homes in Chastain Park, Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, Dunwoody, High Point, and North Buckhead. She has experienced Atlanta’s changes from the inside out—allowing her to guide clients across the greater Atlanta area with clarity, context, and confidence. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Design and Textile Technology from Florida State University, Shelly returned to Atlanta and spent 14 years in the interiors industry in design and product sales. She worked closely with designers, architects, and homebuilders on both renovation and new construction projects, giving her clients a distinct advantage when evaluating homes, understanding potential, and making informed decisions about a lifelong investment. Clients value her practical advice, strong work ethic, calm leadership, and ability to see beyond the surface—helping them navigate decisions that support both lifestyle and long-term value. Shelly is a member of the Chastain Park Civic Association and River Chase Swim & Tennis Club, and her family attends and enjoys both Buckhead Church and The Cathedral of St. Philip. Furthering her involvement in the community, Shelly volunteers with and sponsors many organizations throughout the city, including Northside Youth Organization, Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Partnership Against Domestic Violence, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and the ALS Association of Georgia. Dream home with dream experience

I love telling the story of how Shelly found our dream home for us! She posted a house my husband and I loved back in 2022. We weren’t really ‘in the market,’ but she took us to look at it and we made a strong offer, but it wasn’t quite enough for the seller’s climate at the time. We looked at a few more houses, then decided to stay put. We weren’t unhappy at our current house. Fast forward 3 years, and I run into Shelly picking up jerseys for our kids’ NYO sports teams. She told me she had us in mind for a house about to hit the market. It hit every one of our checkboxes! We were an immediate yes! She helped guide us through the process and closing, and now we are happily settling into our dream home! So thankful she reached out even though it had been years since we last discussed buying a home with her! She only shared what she thought would be a good fit based on our needs. Really appreciate the no nonsense approach!
