Shelly was very knowledgeable about the procedures of selling the house. She was extremely helpful and helped me through the whole sale so that everything went very smoothly. Anytime I called her about anything she was very quick to respond. I was very impressed with her professionalism and help in the whole procedure of selling the house. I highly recommend her and her company to anyone in need of an agent.
Shelly is exemplary in every phase of the real estate process. Her knowledge base of the area and is strong, her customer service is extraordinary and her contacts during the due diligence process and beyond are great. Shelly was an invaluable advocate for us and we have the highest regard for her as a person and as an ethical real estate professional. We know the word is over used, but she is amazing!
Shelly answered every question and made the selling process seamless and easy.
Shelly helped us understand the market and worked with us to get a fair price for the house.
Shelly was a great resource to us in selling my parents home of 40 years. Shelly was so responsive and helpful and truly felt like our partner in the process of getting our home ready to sell as well as the process of selling it. Shelly helped us stage the home perfectly and guided as to what we should do to prep my parent home. I would highly recommend Shelly to anyone looking to selling.
I love telling the story of how Shelly found our dream home for us! She posted a house my husband and I loved back in 2022. We weren’t really ‘in the market,’ but she took us to look at it and we made a strong offer, but it wasn’t quite enough for the seller’s climate at the time. We looked at a few more houses, then decided to stay put. We weren’t unhappy at our current house. Fast forward 3 years, and I run into Shelly picking up jerseys for our kids’ NYO sports teams. She told me she had us in mind for a house about to hit the market. It hit every one of our checkboxes! We were an immediate yes! She helped guide us through the process and closing, and now we are happily settling into our dream home! So thankful she reached out even though it had been years since we last discussed buying a home with her! She only shared what she thought would be a good fit based on our needs. Really appreciate the no nonsense approach!
Shelly was a wonderful agent ; she made the process so easy , was quite knowledgeable and hands on during the whole process and just absolutely delightful to work with … I would highly recommend her for any real estate needs
Working with Shelly was a real pleasure and resulted in a successful purchase of an investment property. We have known Shelly and her family in the community for several years and this was our first time working professionally together. As a local investor I look forward to many more successful dealings together and would highly recommend her for anyone thinking about buying or selling near Atlanta
Shelly did a great job selling our Buckhead house. She was easy to work with, has great connections, and professional throughout the entire process (staging, listing, negotiating, etc...). Highly recommend using Shelly to sell or buy your next home.
I was extremely pleased with my experience selling my house with Shelly Loftus. I found her to be knowledgeable and professional. She was constantly surprising me in the ways she did things I hadn't expected to make my house show better and sell faster. She seemed to be always going out of her way to make the process--before, during and after-- go more smoothly. She was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Shelly.
