Shelly Linder

We listed a house with her that we owned in Clermont, FL. She went to work right away, doing all the necessary work and listed, etc. It sold within ONE DAY. Later, we sold another house we owned in Orlando, listing it with her. We told her to put it on MLS on a Thursday. It sold THAT AFTERNOON. A short time after that we decided that instead of buying stocks with money from those two sales, we'd buy another house.
