Shelly made selling my property as easy as it possibly could be. When we encountered unexpected bumps, she walked us through the process with professionalism and helped us find the best way forward.

Where to start??? First, in less than 24 hours of deciding to sell my home, Shelly had it listed on MLS and she came over, helped me declutter ( which was quite a chore!) and took excellent photos. They looked very professional! Shelly coached my multiple times regarding being the importance of remaining patient in terms of getting asking price for me home. I was really to lower it 2 weeks into it being on the market out sheer impatience. THANKFULLY I listened to knowledgeable advice. I walked away from the closing table with asking price thanks to Shelly! Last but certainly not least, I “acquired “ a new kitten just before putting my home on the market. The timing couldn’t have been worse in my mind! Shelly, on the other hand, took this into account and explained to each agent the showed the home ( and there were many!) that I would be there during the showing (out of the way with the kitten) and that I would simplify go to another room when they were ready to look in the room we were in. I thought this was going to be a huge deterrent, but it didn’t seem to be a problem at all to anyway. I feel confident it was because it was the way Shelly prefaced it. She had an extremely calm, cool and collected mannerism after her that makes the people she interacts with feel the same! The bottom line is that Shelly went above and beyond in my opinion and I was 100% completely satisfied and impressed with her as my selling agent.

Shelly helped me sell My first house, actually while she was helping me buy my first house, and even got both of my closings done on the same day. She is amazing! She knows how to make the process smooth sailing and I wouldn’t ever use another agent in the future. She is the BEST!!!!

I am a type a personality through and through. With that personality type also comes low patience, making rash decisions and high anxiety. Shelly was able to help be regain my composure after several melt downs during the buying process, keep my eye on the “prize” and not settle for a home that she knew I wouldn’t be happy in long term. I was 100% confident that she truly had my best interest in mind 100% of the time. I’d like to reiterate “not style for a home that I wouldn’t be happy in long term”. She took the time to learn details of what I was looking for and would often remind me of things when I would (routinely) get off track. She would rein me in, in other words!
