Rochelle made selling my dad's house very easy for me. It was difficult for me to go through the process and she went above and beyond to make it as easy and painless as possible. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable but she took it upon herself to contact the HVAC people, coordinate with a handy man and contact and schedule and exterminator. She was present when we were not able to be there and was always in constant communication with us. We were thankful to have her as our Agent and would highly recommend her to anybody looking to buy or sell their home.

We were planning to sell two homes - FL and GA and making a final move into a larger single ranch home nearer the kids and grandchildren. Made plans with Shelly Bloom to list by mid-month. Headed to FL to get a feeling for how that home would sell. In our heads we were going to sell GA first and then take our time with FL. We were there a week and that realtor did a trial run for getting a feel and we got an offer. Asked Shelly to hold off a bit because we had 3 weeks to get FL home empty. No problem. Closed on new home in GA and moved furniture from FL. Then back to GA home to get that ready. Shelly was wonderful in finding a donation place to take somethings we did not want to move. And again she moved our show date one more week to enable us to get everything out and move in ready. We felt it better to have everything out so people could picture their furniture in the different rooms. Hard when you have a pooch - you need to be there to take him out for each showing. Shelly is so relaxed in helping you with everything that it helps you stay calm - a great talent. The home was on for a very short period of time, and we had an offer. Closing was first week of April. Moving 2 homes can really be stressful especially in different states and Shelly was terrific at easing everything.
