Shelly did an outstanding job selling a family home in Hoschton after my Mother passed. I was remote out of state the entire time and Shelly covered everything and keep me posted on the developments. She was completely on top of everything and helped make the process seamless. I highly recommend Shelly for any seller and I'm certain she would be awesome with any home buyers too. Thanks Shelly!
Everything was handled for us. Shelly looked after us like family. I really appreciated the attention to detail. She really went above for us. She did it because she is a very kind, caring person. She has even checked on mom to see how she is doing. Thanks you!
Buying a home in another state is always tricky. From the first phone call with Shelly I knew I had selected the right agent. She assisted me with finding the home and went above and beyond with the home inspection findings. She always makes me feel welcome and comfortable. She has helped me with every step of the process. Her experience and knowledge of the community has been so helpful.
Shelly Bloom is an amazing realtor and an even better person. I met Shelly when house hunting for my parents. Shelly helped facilitate the very smooth purchase on my behalf and was so very supportive and informative that I asked her to represent me when it was time to sell. The house sold very quickly and Shelly was there every step of the way from contract to closing date. I would highly recommend Shelly to anybody if you want a smooth and professional real estate transaction.
Shelley Bloom is the most caring and thorough agent. She always goes above and beyond what’s expected of any agent. She is extremely knowledgeable of county and state rules pertains to real estate sales. I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in selling their property.
Shelly gave us sound advice on selling my mom’s home. Felt as if we had a partner, not an agent. When issues arose, she made solving them very seamless. Would definitely utilize her again.
We have been involved in only one home sale over the last few decades and this one, with a big, unexpected surprise in it, went off smoothly in the end. Shelly Bloom went above and beyond what we would have expected - advising us, hiring cleaners, even taking the garbage to the curb. Her communication with us was excellent. We always knew immediately what was happening with the inspection and negotiations. Dealing with older clients is not always easy, but Shelly worked tirelessly to make our sale quick and successful.
I had the pleasure of working with Shelly Bloom on the sale of my home in Georgia. I cannot express how wonderful Shelly was and still is as she continues to check in with me at my new home. Shelly went above and beyond my expectations. She was amazing!
Ms. Bloom was such a pleasure having her as my agent. Ms. Bloom made you feel very comfortable and was so easy to communicate with and this being my first time buying a home. Ms Bloom did an excellent job keeping me updated on things on what the next steps I needed to do! So very helpful!
Shelly Bloom is Extremely professional and knowledgeable. She Always goes above and beyond to help her clients. Selling and closing took only a month combined. I would highly recommend her to everyone and anyone.
Shelley was very knowledgeable about the area, available homes, and prices. She is well known in the area, therefore, is kept in the loop about homes about to come up for sale as well. She was also ALWAYS approachable with questions, concerns, and even very sensitive to anxiety of the seller. She was ready with wisdom and insight and understanding. She also provided many concrete perks during the sale of the home, to encourage the buyers to continue with their interest in the home we were selling.
