Wow, how do we put into words this experience. Great doesn’t describe it enough!

From day one, we knew we had our agent! We came up with a number we thought would work but the number was high for the market even though we had a highly upgraded home. We were concerned about the number and wondered if we were wrong on our asking price. Shelli came back with a bigger number which made me think, ok, this is going to get interesting. Even in a tough market, we had multiple showings right from day one and an offer on day 4, at Shelli’s price upgrade from ours! We closed with no issues in less than 7 weeks from day we put in on the market. When everything was completed, Shelli even helped us find a temp place to rent till our new home was built as she sold our home so quickly. Shelli was a professional and highly knowledgeable about the market and it showed. We recommend her to anyone that wishes the best performance out of their agent. But beyond that, Shelli was just a pleasure to talk too and work with and we certainly were the luckiest home sellers by choosing Shelli as our agent.
