I have a new appreciation for everything realtors do. We were no longer in the area during the sale of the home, so she became responsible for checking on the property. She also contacted roofers, pool companies and other service providers and was the liaison with them in addition to showing the property and being in touch with other realtors. She always kept in touch promptly by email, phone and text. She will do whatever is necessary!

From day one, we knew we had our agent! We came up with a number we thought would work but the number was high for the market even though we had a highly upgraded home. We were concerned about the number and wondered if we were wrong on our asking price. Shelli came back with a bigger number which made me think, ok, this is going to get interesting.
