Great experience
I've worked with Shelley on a few different occasions: purchasing a house, selling it a few years later, and then purchasing another house. The home sale went smoothly. The house was efficiently marketed, listed, and sold. The communication provided by Shelley was great, and she was helpful and patient with any requests or questions we had. The purchases went well too--in each case, it was a seller's market, so aggressive tactics were needed to get the deals done. We were successful with those in large part because Shelley was really communicative with both sides, and prompt in getting documents and questions turned around. I recommend working with Shelley!
