About Shelley

I’m Shelley Sakala, Team Lead of The Sakala Group at Real Broker. I help buyers and sellers navigate their next move in North Phoenix and throughout the Phoenix Valley, with a special focus on Norterra, 85085 and 85086. I’ve been licensed in Arizona since 2004 and have lived in Fireside at Norterra since 2007. My team has helped clients with more than 300 home sales in Norterra and 85085, including more than 230 in Fireside. That experience helps me explain the differences between neighborhoods, floor plans and lots that can be easy to miss online. Before real estate, I was a TV news reporter and certified meteorologist at ABC15 Phoenix. I still bring that same curiosity and clear communication to my work today. From preparing and pricing a home to comparing communities or buying from out of state, my goal is to give you practical advice and help you feel confident about your decisions.
