She attends inspections and appraisals to provide input and answer questions if necessary. I called her the day before Thanksgiving. She showed up to take pics and had aerials taken too! My house was listed in MLS that evening! She sold it in 4 days of which included Thanksgiving/black Friday!!!! She's simply the best.

My ultra-independent 92-year old aunt insisted on selling her home even though Shelley advised to hold off a little until she purged items from her 30-year old home. My aunt didn’t let family know the home was listed the first week of Sept, but as the closing date neared, realized she was nowhere near ready. I traveled from out of state to help, and Shelley took on the role of liaison to help us find movers and other help. My aunt would never have been ready to move on closing date without Shelley’s help. She helped move bags of papers into the garage so her listing pictures were great! Shelley checked in daily to be sure we were doing no ok and stopped by often. And she worked expertly with the buyer’s agent, who struggled with English, as they problem solved a roof inspection issue. I came to see Shelley as heaven sent, my aunt’s guardian angel.
