Our first introduction to Shelley was by a letter we received from her giving condolences to the passing of my father-in-law and how she’s experienced in the selling a house going through probate if we needed anything. We didn’t have family in Spring Hill, FL so she made sure to check in on the house, meet with several companies to ensure quotes were received and jobs were done properly. She had amazing advice on what to get updated and ready for the open house. Made sure the landscaper did his work and even pulled a few weeds herself to keep the lawn care looking good. She was so kind! Listened to our frustrations, our sadness, our hope, our achievements all the way through the final sale. We had to evict a squatter and spent thousands of dollars on repairs and countless hours of energy and strength to get through it all. Shelley was there the entire time.
