Shelley is the best in Flagstaff!!!Shelley sold us our 1st home 11 years ago. After seeing about 100 homes she hit the nail on the head when she told us she thinks she found our house. She really new our needs as a client and helped us find our house. Now 11 years later, she is helping us sell that home. We currently live out of state and Shelley has been there every step of the way. When there was an issue with flooding with the water heater breaking, she was the 1st one there calling in restoration specialist and helping us contact our insurance. That is not all! She also called a plumber, research a new water heater, and went above and beyond to ensure our home sold and was in good shape for our buyer. She communicates frequently and concisely. She knows the market and advocates for her clients. She truly is an amazing realtor, I wouldn't trust my home with anybody else!
Zillow Shelley made the process of buying our home quick and easy. She was always available and extremely helpful answering all of our questions. She advocated for all of our needs/requests during the purchase of our first home. When our termite inspection report came back less than detailed, she called and made sure they added more description in the report. The home buying process can be stressful, but Shelley made everything go along smoothly.
