Shelby was very communicative, did lots of research, negotiated our concerns with grace, and acted professional from start to finish. When she didn’t have an answer, she immediately went to work getting the right answer. She also used her broker as a sounding board and to double-check her work, which is a great technique for getting things right whether you are inexperienced or are very experienced.

I was so stressed trying to sell this place on my own and I have no idea what I was trying to do. Shelby was so incredibly helpful. She got to work right after I left the residence, getting pictures taken and making signs for the place. She hosted a couple open houses and had not only 1 but 3 offers about a month after it was on the market. Any issues, Shelby was on top of it! She even called the park owner to get some things fixed for me. I HATE talking on the phone!
