Shelby Hiatt

We may be a little biased as Shelby is our daughter’s best friend and like another daughter to us. However, we truly believe Shelby would work just as hard and be just as trustworthy and full service for all her clients. There’s no one we would’ve trusted more completely with the sale of our beloved home of 25 years than someone as empathetic, customer service oriented, and professional as Shelby. She’s awesome!

Shelby was very communicative, did lots of research, negotiated our concerns with grace, and acted professional from start to finish. When she didn’t have an answer, she immediately went to work getting the right answer. She also used her broker as a sounding board and to double-check her work, which is a great technique for getting things right whether you are inexperienced or are very experienced.

We are very happy with or experience with Shelby’s kindness and professionalism. She answered all our questions and helped us through all of the required procedures and many signatures that were required. Personality side of the review. I was so stressed trying to sell this place on my own and I have no idea what I was trying to do. Shelby was so incredibly helpful. She got to work right after I left the residence, getting pictures taken and making signs for the place. She hosted a couple open houses and had not only 1 but 3 offers about a month after it was on the market. Any issues, Shelby was on top of it! She even called the park owner to get some things fixed for me. I HATE talking on the phone! Even with bad news (there will always be some bad news) She was quick with solutions and dealt with all my dramatics like a pro. She kept me in the loop weekly or as often as needed to make sure I knew what was going on, what her plans were. How she was marketing the home. She definitely went above and beyond for me. I appreciate her getting this headache off my hands FINALLY! Thank you for being you.
