Shelby helped us find a house in 3 days and did a phenomenal job guiding us thru negotiations. She is a fantastic communicator. She followed up almost daily thru the entire escrow process. She certainly went above and beyond my expectations. Being out of state buyers was super stressful. Shelby kept everyone moving forward for us for a quick escrow. All have to say is that Shelby is AWESOME!
Shelby is a great realtor. This was my first home buying experience, and she was very knowledgeable and communicative during the whole process. She is great at pointing out pros and cons of each place you look at. She also has previous experience from the banking side, so that is helpful when you actually put in an offer and go under contract. It's nice to have both your lender and your realtor explain the process to you. You can't go wrong with Shelby!
Shelby is so on top of things, we never had to worry about anything because she handled it all. She is very responsive whenever you need her, and she goes above and beyond in every way. She cares about her clients and will do whatever it takes to make sure all of their needs are met. We were so stressed about moving to Colorado, but Shelby made the process so easy and enjoyable for our family that I would recommend her to anyone! Even now that we’re closed Shelby is checking in to make sure everything is perfect and is still going above and beyond helping us in any way she can to make sure our house becomes our home.
