She took care of so many little things for us that wouldn't have affected the value of the house, but were helpful in getting us moved out and have a peace of mind at the other end of the country Finding someone to landscape, taking care of our water system, picking things up that were left behind Then of course her expertise and advice to the actual job. Shel was very efficient and effective in dealing with the tenant that had to vacate the house. Her interpersonal skills greatly reduced the anxiety the tenant felt about having to vacate the house, about having Shel come in to photograph the interior of the house, in which the tenant felt insecure regarding her cleanliness and house keeping skills. I would frequently ask Shel if I needed to speak to the tenant directly about an issue and Shel would say, "let me address it first and if you then need to speak to the tenant, I'll let you know." I never needed to speak to the tenant. All required paperwork was always done promptly and correctly. I have worked with Shel previously and her competency has always been stellar. As I need Real Estate assistance in the future she will be the one to whom I go.
