I highly recommend Shel Downing for all your real estate needs! Shel was amazing to work with on both the selling and buying side. Shel helped us sell our first home and did a great job with the listing, showings, etc. She was able to get more for our home than we initially envisioned. She also helped us find our second home. She helped us figure out the right area as we initially were looking at a few different cities. She was very patient with us in finding the perfect home as it took us months. She went to look at so many different homes with us and always helped guide us towards the right homes but was never pushy. She even talked us out of putting offers on homes that she knew weren't right for us when we started to get antsy. I am glad we listened to her and waited to put offers in on the homes that were right for us. She helped make our offers more competitive with creative tactics so that our offer would get accepted in a very competitive market. We love our home and it's perfect for us and we owe all our thanks to Shel for helping us get it! Even after the transactions were over Shel has gone above and beyond to help us when a few issues came up. Lastly, Shel is such a lovely warm person and we genuinely enjoy the time we get to spend with her.

Shel did a top notch job listing and moving our real estate property in Leisure World, Seal Beach. She sent us weekly updates indicating how many times the property was shown and any remarks other realtors offered. Since we did not live close to the property she made herself available to be there for small repairs, staging, etc. Best of all, we found her to be a very gracious person. She only had kind words to say about everyone involved in the process. We honestly believe the property would not have sold as quickly as it did if we listed with a different realtor.

Shel has provided my wife and I with an excellent Realestate service. Not dealing with this kind of service every day, all I can say is that she has made the entire process a very smooth ride. She was always on top of things, ready to assist and advise with any dilemmas we had along the way. She is truly an expert at what she does and I recommend her services highly to all who are looking to buy a property.
