Where do I start? I was having a very terrible experience with another realtor I had before I meet Sheila. I gave her a call and he was currently sick with the flu and still was helping me. From the very beginning we clicked and got off on a great start. She was so professional and on the top of things and that is what I was looking for. I felt comfortable with any questions I had to ask her about real estate and she slowly spent her time in explaining everything to me in a very detailed and understandable real talk way. She didn't make me feel dumb like the other realtor did when I would ask her things. She's patient and understands that we the clients especially first time home buyers, who have no clue about real estate or what to look for. Whenever I needed her she was there! Even with the drama I had with the first realtor I had, who tried to stop the sale of the home I was getting with my new realtor, Sheila found ways to really help me and made me feel worthy and kept my head up when I was at my lowest. She made everything possible. She is my angel that was sent at that time of need. I will be doing business with her again whenever I need her services and I recommend her to anyone 110%. We could not have had a better experience. Sheila went above and beyond and did an absolutely amazing job with listing and selling our home. This was the first home we had ever sold and she put us at ease about the process and was there every step to guide us and take the stress and pressure off of us. Sheila is very professional, prompt, efficient, and ultimately, very effective at her job. Absolutely anything that needed to be done, any questions or concerns that we had, she was right there.
