Sheila Strickland is pleasant and friendly to work with. She is very knowledgeable in real estate matters and takes time to explain what we kneeded to know. She is a very good realtor ,professional in all matters, and I would surely recommend her for your settlement agent.

She came out show us how to display our home, help us thru the process of paper work to get to closing, and what to do after closing. she is wonderful to work with and if we have another place to sell we will be calling her to sell it.

Sheila's knowledge of the local real estate market lead us through selling our home. She was always available to answer our many questions (day or evening). We have and will refer her to our friends and family that need a professional realtor.

Shelia was excellent. Even though she was the sellers agent and I did not have an agent Shelia treated me like one of her clients. She was nothing but professional and took the time to answer all my questions and help guide me through the process. When I needed specific information for the mortgage company Shelia was right there with me calling people to get me the answer quickly. She was awesome to work with and I will work with her again in the future.
