We’ve been eyeing this next gen property since Dec of 2023 but we kept putting it off because of cold feet. But Sheila remained so patient, consistent and never gave up on us! A newly built next gen was available with a very beautiful mountain view by March of 2024 and finally decided to pursue it. Sheila made sure everything goes smoothly, she even tried negotiating the price for us and the builder didn’t just lower the price but gave us $26k credit!
