Having had the pleasure of working with Sheila Ivary Marsh on four residential real estate transactions, I can truly say it's like working with someone with a doctorate in the field. She really "knows her stuff." We just bought our third house with her (and sold our second) and she has performed exceptionally well for us. One of the outstanding points was her advise on timing and pricing. Then there was the design of the impactful and beautiful brochure of our house -- it was so beautiful I wanted to buy my own home again!
