I interviewed 4 realtors for my listing on the water. Sheila was the only one who researched the water, type of boating and fishing. Her comps were not just zip code, they were actual similar homes on the water. Hard to believe but she came over in work clothes and helped me prepare the yard, trim palm trees and bushes for curb appeal. She helped me clean the inside of home and prepare it. She told me she has even painted a room in one of her listings, arranged repairs and routinely cleans her listings. Well other properties in area have taken the usual 90 days or so. Mine sold in 14 days. The buyer gave low ball offer, at first I just said no. Was angry. She convinced me to counter and after couple back and forths they met my price. The inspection found couple issues and Sheila resolved them. There are flashier realtors maybe, but if you want the hardest honest one hire her. You won't be disappointed. She is available almost 24/7, responses quickly but more important, with the correct answers.

I searched online over 50 properties, Sheila was the agent for one that interested me. She was quick to provide many more pictures and information than was available online! She urged me to fly down to see the property beforehand, she was accommodating to my schedule, showed up early, was patient and made thoughtful suggestions. Turns out she has had construction experience, her counsel was what made things work. She saved me lots of time, we got paperwork done quickly and easily, she showed me many area highlights and just made the whole experience positive! Add to that, she is a kind and understanding woman, makes you feel you are in good and professional hands! I would recommend Sheila to anyone!
