I am a first time home buyer and was looking to purchase my home fully remotely before an employment change and relocation early this year. This could not have been more complex and risky because of the tight timelines and constraints of the full relocation. But now we realize that’s also her best trait - being extremely selective and diligent. This prevented us from getting prejudiced towards certain homes which met our priorities well, but had glaring demerits we were choosing to ignore out of our impatience. Even today we think about the homes we did not go with and thank our stars we didn’t! Also she has pretty good insight into the market and comparative prices, so she could easily identify homes that were inflated or were a bad investment in the long term. All said and done, we are very satisfied and can simply state that it is rare to have such a sincere partner in the real estate market like Sheela Rodrigues.
