Repeat Customer
With a glut of homes in our neighborhood and having missed the summer rush, we were concerned it would be difficult to sell. However, with Shayne’s marketing, pricing advice, and industry knowledge we were able to sell within a month on the market. This was our third transaction with Shayne and although we’re likely done with real estate for several years, he’ll be our first call when we’re ready again.
