Shayne Minton

Shayne was a phenomenal agent for us. We had a narrow timeline to house hunt in between work schedule and military reserve trips. He set up a marathon weekend for us where we looked at over 25 houses between Friday and Saturday, with a final wrap up of our top two selections on Sunday. He is a phenomenal agent who is very knowledgeable about the home buying process in Alabama. He pointed out issues on homes we were on the fence about and was instrumental in our final home selection. My wife and I could not be happier with having used him as an agent. He explained each step in detail and offered insight whenever asked. The closing process was pulled of smoothly and we moved in right on time.
