By the end of the process, the factors we could research online did not mean as much to us. We wanted to view it with Shayne because he was able to show us so many more details of the home. - Very fast response time (response to us and/or asking other agents for information) - Went above and beyond (did research on different options and providers for fixes we would need to do on properties that we viewed) - Shayne has personal experience in buying a home for a similar family size - Knowledge about the utility systems and gave us ballpark figures to help us understand the cost of maintenance and repairs. - Always willing to explore more options so that we felt comfortable with our decision. Shayne did not pressure us into closing on something we didn't love. Con's: - I felt short (Although Shayne's height was a benefit when inspecting homes)
