We wanted to view it with Shayne because he was able to show us so many more details of the home. - Very fast response time (response to us and/or asking other agents for information) - Went above and beyond (did research on different options and providers for fixes we would need to do on properties that we viewed) - Shayne has personal experience in buying a home for a similar family size - Knowledge about the utility systems and gave us ballpark figures to help us understand the cost of maintenance and repairs. - Always willing to explore more options so that we felt comfortable with our decision. Shayne did not pressure us into closing on something we didn't love. Con's: - I felt short (Although Shayne's height was a benefit when inspecting homes)
