Shayne was great to work with and was on top of everything from Day 1. My wife and I flew in from another state and spent the day looking at a list of houses we wanted to see. Nothing we had found worked out, but Shayne discovered other houses he thought reflected what we were looking for and the last house of the day was PERFECT. We decided to put in an offer and Shayne took it from there (including negotiations with the builder). We coordinated paperwork on the way to the airport the following day and our offer was ultimately accepted. Even though we lived in another state at the time, Shayne and team made it very easy to finish up the necessary paperwork and made this purchase a reality.
