Very communicative

Our experience with Shay was nothing but positive From start to finish, he was very quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns. We had a couple of bumps along the way, but Shay was so calm and reassuring that we couldn’t help but relax and trust that it wasn’t a big deal and everything was still going well and would be okay. We closed on time (just over 30 days!). I read everything I sign line-by-line. Even when I questioned petty things, he never seemed bothered or put off by having to explain it.
