Our experience with Shay was nothing but positive From start to finish, he was very quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns. We had a couple of bumps along the way, but Shay was so calm and reassuring that we couldn’t help but relax and trust that it wasn’t a big deal and everything was still going well and would be okay. Knowledgeable: We started house hunting with very little cash or knowledge of how to even go about purchasing a home. Shay was super helpful throughout the entire process, always willing to share helpful tips on how to navigate the insane market and make compelling offers that didn't involve throwing every penny we had on the table. He remained informed on the rapidly changing market and was able to make helpful recommendations on how to tweak our offers. Flexible: Shay was always able to work around our schedule and was able to secure us many viewings in a market where homes would get snagged up within a day or two of being listed. He was also very understanding and patient with us when we had some life changes and had to take an extended break from the hunt. He was able to pick up exactly where we left off when we were ready to jump back in. Personable, honest, and professional: Shay is very personable, friendly, and easy to talk to. This made the countless home viewings rather enjoyable. He was also very honest with us, making sure to point out any potential problems with homes. He worked hard, was patient with us, answered all our questions, was only ever kind and never pushy.
