Shawna and Ricardo were both wonderful to work with. The process of buying a house can be difficult, especially in this market, and you need a good Realtor in your corner. Shawna is that Realtor. Shawna will go to the mat for you if the negotiations with the other party get difficult. She will always keep your best interests at the center and will keep you out of the fray while working to get you the best deal possible. Shawna also has great instincts and gave us spectacular advice throughout our home buying process. Shawna was helping us as a part of a corporate relocation and we got a GREAT deal on our new home in an area that we were not familiar with. We could not have done that without Shawna’s expert guidance. Beyond that though this husband and wife team are delightful to work with. Through showings, inspections and all the way to closing they made the process feel fun and almost like we were doing these things with friends we’d known for a long time.
