OK… We’re biased because “we like her”, not just because she’s good at real estate but because she’s a good person. Our story is a bit trite but we met Shawna by luck via the internet and called her from the car and asked “could we meet up with her later that day”. We’re from Boston and were shopping for a place and looking for advice on neighborhoods. It turned out that Mirabay was a good fit, and we bid on a house but it didn’t consummate. As plan B, she suggested a Villa which we bought it “sight unseen”. It turned out great because she shepherded us through the sale and the move, which went beyond just the sale. This is our fifth year and we still consider her a trusted friend and ally. If we had to summarize, Shawna is knowledgeable, a go-get-er, savvy and above all caring and trustworthy. Shawna is helpful thru out the whole proses taking care of every thing I live out of town most of the time and I travel quite a bit Shawna handled everything. She’s like a pitbull.
