Wouldn’t have sold this house if it weren’t for Shawn.
Shawn’s knowledge, experience and communication skills are second to none. When people choose realtors, they want someone to have the experience and ability to communicate. From our first meeting, Shawn listened, provided great suggestions and was always available throughout the entire process. About five days before closing, our prospective buyer passed away. This was truly a sad and unfortunate circumstance and Shawn was able to manage this very professionally. Within two weeks, we had another buyer and closed quickly thanks to Shawn.
